01Use it on your own websites

Install TalkRobin only on websites you own or are authorized to manage. Tell visitors about chat, tracking and session replays in your privacy notice, and obtain consent where the law requires it, for example with consent mode.

02Respectful monitoring

• Don’t use visitor insights or replays to track individuals across websites you don’t control, or to build profiles for sale.
• Don’t unmask or record fields that TalkRobin hides, such as passwords and payment details.
• Hide pages or elements that show sensitive personal information, such as health, financial or government ID details.

03Content and messages

• No spam, unsolicited bulk messages or deceptive messages.
• No harassment, threats, hate speech, or content that exploits or harms children.
• No illegal content, malware, phishing, or content that infringes others’ rights.
• Don’t ask visitors for full card numbers, passwords or government ID numbers in chat.

04Protecting the service

• Don’t try to access another business’s data or accounts, or probe, scan or test TalkRobin’s security without permission. Security research is welcome through our disclosure process.
• Don’t overload TalkRobin, work around plan limits, or create accounts to avoid limits or suspension.
• Don’t resell or sublicense TalkRobin without a written agreement with us.

05Enforcement

If we believe this policy has been broken, we may remove content, limit features, or suspend or close the account, and where appropriate report it to the authorities. Where reasonable, we will contact you first. To report abuse involving a website that uses TalkRobin, email legal@talkrobin.com.
