When you sign in to TalkRobin, strictly necessary storage keeps you signed in and remembers your preferences. It can’t be switched off without breaking sign-in.

04On websites that use TalkRobin
When a business adds TalkRobin to its website, the widget stores the following in visitors’ browsers. The business decides whether tracking is used and is responsible for its own cookie notice.

05Consent mode
Website owners can make TalkRobin wait for consent before any tracking starts, by adding one attribute to the install code:
<script src="https://app.talkrobin.com/embed.js" data-website-token="YOUR_TOKEN" data-consent="required" async></script>Tracking then starts only after the website calls TalkRobin.consent(true), typically from its cookie banner, and stops again with TalkRobin.consent(false). With data-track="off", TalkRobin runs as chat only and sets no tracking storage.
06Your controls
